DIVERGENT THINKING

Thinking creatively about the problems we identified allowed us to land upon original and effective solutions.

To quickly visualise our ideas, we made rapid, low fidelity prototypes to experience them in a more tangible format.

BUSINESS MODEL

We intend on implementing a business model with two major revenue streams:

B2B SALES

The Clickr business model centres around large business to business sales. We will sell our product in sizeable quantities to global and multinational corporations, putting one in every meeting room, presentation space and lecture theatre.

01

SUBSCRIPTION

Our second revenue stream lies in software. The base product package will include a range of standard features. However, further options can be unlocked by customers through a subscription based service.

ROUTE TO MARKET

CONFERENCES AND EXHIBITiONS

Firstly, Clickr will be rolled out to exhibitions and conferences, acting as an advert to every speaker and audience member there.

SOCIAL MEDIA

Next, Clickr will be promoted via social media, raising awareness and getting the message directly to the consumers.

CLIENT BASED SELLING

A client based selling technique will be used. Every business is different and will have unique requirements for us to tailor our sales techniques to.
